REFUND POLICY

Peritus Global Training aims to be fair and transparent in all course bookings. This policy explains the options available when a participant cannot attend in person because of visa or travel restrictions.

1. COURSE FEES AND ASSOCIATED COSTS

Any refund from Peritus Global Training relates to the course fee paid to us. We do not reimburse travel, accommodation, visa, insurance, subsistence or other third-party costs. Participants should check whether their travel and accommodation bookings are refundable or insured.

1. VISA OR TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS AFFECTING SRCM ATTENDANCE

If a visa refusal, a visa decision received too late to permit travel, or a travel restriction prevents you from attending an SRCM course in person, you may choose either:

• Live online participation on the same course dates, subject to available online capacity; or
• A transfer to a later in-person SRCM course date within six months of the original course, subject to availability.

Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot travel so we can arrange your preferred option. The course fee paid will be applied to the online or later-course option.

If you decline both options, you may cancel your booking and request a refund. Any refund will be subject to a course-specific cancellation contribution, where applicable, and to your statutory rights. The contribution will be calculated for each course and disclosed in that course’s booking terms before payment. It will reflect reasonable, direct costs that Peritus Global Training has incurred and cannot recover, such as non-refundable room commitments and reasonable additional administration directly caused by the cancellation. It will not exceed those costs.

The online and later-course transfer options above apply to SRCM courses only. HEAT courses require in-person attendance because of their practical training elements.

This course-specific cancellation contribution applies only to bookings made after it has been disclosed in the relevant booking terms. It does not change the terms for bookings already confirmed.

1. CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING BY PERITUS GLOBAL TRAINING

If Peritus Global Training cancels or reschedules a course, participants may choose either:

• A full refund of the course fee; or
• A transfer to a future course date.

Any refund applies to the course fee only. Peritus Global Training is not responsible for consequential or incidental losses, including travel or accommodation costs.

1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

Peritus Global Training is not liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as security incidents, natural disasters or travel restrictions. If such an event prevents us from delivering a course, the options in section 3 will apply. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights.
