Refund Policy

 

Peritus Global Training aims to be fair and transparent in all course bookings. The following terms apply to all training courses delivered by Peritus Global Training:

1. Refunds apply to course fees only Refunds issued by Peritus Global Training relate solely to the course fee paid to us. We do not reimburse, cover, or accept liability for any secondary or associated costs, including but not limited to:

• Flights or other travel costs

• Accommodation or hotel bookings

• Visa fees

• Travel insurance

• Subsistence or personal expenses

• Any third‑party costs incurred by the participant

Participants are strongly advised to ensure that any travel or accommodation bookings are refundable or insured.

2. Participant‑initiated cancellations

• Cancellations received more than 21 days before the course start date: full refund of course fees. Atransfer to a future course may be offered at our discretion.

• Cancellations received less than 21 days before the course start date but more than 10 days: 50% refund of course fees. A transfer to a future course may be offered at our discretion.

• Cancellations received within 10 days of the course start date: no refund, but a transfer to a future course may be offered at our discretion.

• Non‑attendance without notice: no refund.

3. Course cancellations by Peritus Global Training If Peritus Global Training must cancel or reschedule a course, participants may choose either:

• A full refund of the course fee, or

• A transfer to a future course date.

Again, this refund applies only to the course fee. Peritus Global Training is not responsible for any consequential or incidental losses arising from cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Force Majeure Peritus Global Training is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., security incidents, natural disasters, travel restrictions). In such cases, we will work with participants to reschedule attendance, but refunds remain limited to the course fee only.
